We're a creator marketing agency that runs organic short-form content campaigns for consumer apps on TikTok and Instagram. You were selected because we think your content style is a great fit — and we want to build something long-term together.

Campaign Basics.
Here's how campaigns work from start to finish so you know exactly what to expect.
- Upload days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday — submit drafts to Google Drive before anything goes live
- Posting schedule: 3x per weekday — morning / evening / late evening
- Feedback: your lead strategist will give notes on your drafts to help you dial in your content
- Create your TikTok account — format: firstname.[campaignname]
- Send your account link in the campaign Slack channel
- Let your account warm up for a few days before your first post
- Once your FYP is active, send a 15+ second screen recording showing at least 5 videos
- Read your campaign playbook before posting anything
What You Earn.
We pay monthly, on time, every time. And as you grow with us, your rate grows too.
Every creator posts 60 videos per month. Bronze is not low quality — it means newer or average, but still above the minimum bar.
Lead Creators are always Gold-tier and take on extra duties: onboarding, QC, creator questions, and trend spotting. The lead stipend ($150/week) is on top of Gold base pay. Lead is future-state — introduced as the network scales.

& Conduct.
We run a tight ship but a supportive one. Here's what we ask.
- Stay active in your campaign Slack channel
- If you need an extension — reach out before the deadline, not after
- Use the feedback your lead strategist gives you — it's there to help, not criticize
- If something isn't working creatively, say so. We'd rather adjust than have you post content that doesn't feel right.
