CREATOR ELIGIBILITY

U.S.-based creators + fluent spoken English required.

We are currently only hiring creators who live in the United States and can speak English fluently, clearly, and naturally on camera. Our campaigns require creators who can confidently create English-language talking videos and follow English scripts, briefs, feedback, and campaign instructions.

first, who are you?

The normal stuff. New creators are welcome! If you don’t have a portfolio, TikTok, or Instagram yet, just put N/A in that field.

If you don’t have a portfolio or creator work link yet, just put N/A.
If you don’t have TikTok, just put N/A.
If you don’t have Instagram, just put N/A.

what kind of creator are you?

We care more about how you make content than follower count.

the fit check.

No trick questions. We’re looking for people who can take direction, iterate and still make content feel like themselves.

READ BEFORE APPLYING

what a standard 411 campaign looks like.

We want this to be completely clear before you join a campaign or sign your creator contract.

$500standard compensation per campaign
60 videosstandard monthly deliverables per campaign
15 / weekstandard weekly posting expectation
communicationis required if anything affects your posting
  • Our standard campaign is 60 videos per month for $500. That normally breaks down to 15 posted videos per week for each campaign you take on.
  • Not every campaign is the same. We also have campaigns with fewer deliverables, different scopes, or different compensation. The $500 / 60-video structure is simply our standard campaign.
  • You can take on more than one campaign when opportunities are available and you can realistically handle the workload, which gives you the potential to earn more.
  • Posting consistency matters. If you miss 3 or more required posts in a week, you may not be paid for that week unless you communicated with us ahead of time about why you could not post and the situation was addressed with the team.
  • If something comes up, communicate. If you need to miss a posting day and catch up over the weekend or adjust your schedule, tell us before the posts are missed. We are very big on communication.
  • We use a strike system for issues like repeated missed posts, lack of communication, or not following campaign requirements. Continued issues can result in additional strikes and eventual removal from the agency.

As The 411 grows, you grow with us. More clients and more campaigns means more opportunities for creators, but we want everyone applying to understand the standard workload and compensation from day one.

send us your creator sample.

We still want to see one short talking video so we can personally review your natural delivery. Instead of uploading it here, you’ll send the video file to us by email.
